Graduation

Hey Room 24! As you all know, Graduation/Last day of School is coming up! :D I am truly VERY excited for Graduation because we get to be the people on the stage while the fourth graders will possibly be on the carpet! Also, the fourth graders will probably sing the song "Shooting Star" for the fifth graders!! :D I bet all the fifth graders are AS excited as me! Fifth graders: Are you happy that you will be moving to Middle School/What middle school are you going to? Fourth Graders: Are you guys ready to move into fifth grade?

I personally am happy to go to middle school. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to miss Portal. I've been here for six years and each year just built another level of happiness for me. I hope to cherish ever year for the rest of my life. Oh, and I'm going to Miller Middle School.
I'm not happy to be going to middle school because I heard there are lots of swear words said and I don't appreciate that kind of enviroment. I'd rather stay in elementary school. I wish Portal has sixth grade.
I can't wait for graduation! Last year, I wasn't there because I was sick so I have no idea what to do this year but I know it will be fun! I want to go to middle school,
but I don't want to leave Portal and all my friends. The middle school I'm going to is Joaquin Miller Middle School. Go Mustangs! I can't wait!!!

I have to admit. I am really excited to go to middle school. I am going to Hyde middle school. But at the same time, I am pretty sad that I will be leaving Portal. The only other thing that I am not really excited about is the graduation speech.
I am kind of happy that we are going to middle school and that we get to have a new life but I am also sad that we are leaving Portal. I wish I could stay here at Portal forever. I am excited to here the fourth graders sing Shooting Star to us fifth graders. I remember last year, when all the fifth graders sang Shooting Star to the former fifth graders. It was sad but I felt happy for the fifth graders and know I know how they feel being happy and sad.
I am SO excited for middles school! I can't wait! I'm going to Miller Middle School. YAAAAY!!! :) IN middle school, there are lockers, cafeterias (better lunches), electives, (in miller, a FROZEN YOGURT MACHINE!!!) :P more classes, clubs, and a LOT more!!! I will also really miss Portal though. I have a lot of my great memories here, that I will never forget. :( So I am happy AND sad. Happy for middle school, but sad for leaving Portal.
I guess I am ready for Middle School and I am very happy, but I will be sad to leave so many friends back here. I've been to this school for approximately half my life. It's been great knowing all the people I know in the school. Many of them have taught me a thing or two that will help me later on in life. I remember my k/1 teacher Mrs. Tamadong and when she told me that if I never tried, what's the point of saying I don't like it. I've tried tons of new things and I found out that I liked them all. Thanks for thinking about others Zarah and asking for their opinions. By the way, I'm going to Hyde Middle School.
I'm not sure if I will be ready to go to fifth grade because I want to have good grades but i'm mostly am shy.
HI PEOPLE!!! I sort of look foward to moving on to middle school. But the really sad thing is that I am going to leave all of my friends behind from Portal!!!=((( =(( Its really so sad. I mean who likes to leave all there friends in Elementary school. MY parents always say "look on th bright side you can always make new friends. I am going to Miller Middle School. There are actually a couple thing that I look foward to like: being a pixie( all 6th graders are called that; 7th are gnomes and 8th are trolls), the more "cool" P.E. classes, the frosen yogurt you can buy at recess, and all the new friends that I could make. Hope to see you in Miller, Dudes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am actually really excited for middle school!! I am going to Kennedy Middle School. I am ready to make new friends and meet new teachers. My sister (Ramya) went to Kennedy adn she is going to tell me all the villages and everything else!!

Yes I'm ready to move onto fifth grade. I want to see how it feels like to be a fifth grader and do stuff only fifth graders can do. I really want to move onto fifth grade but the thing I don't like about fifth grade is that there is a lot more work and homework:(. I'm still looking forward to fifth grade and I'll be pronism. hehe...
I am also very happy I will be going to middle school, but also kinda scared. I don't really know what middle school I am going to. It's either Hyde or Miller. I am also a bit nervous on the first day of middle school because I might have trouble figuring out where my classes are. I am really excited and I can't wait for the last day of school!

Last year the fourth graders(us) had to sing shooting star for the fifth graders. Also I think that we are going to do Albatross Rock
We had to sing this wierd shooting star song. And we are going to perform this mode range thing for you guys to remember math. I hope that this thing won't be that wierd :)

I'm NOT ready. We have to sing the weird song Shooting Star. My brother sings it EVERY DAY!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!! I'm going def as U know it. BECAUSE OF HIM!!! I memorized it but I'm going to be sick.

(X35) sad because, I don't want to leave my friends, my awesome teachers and of course this SPECTACULAR SCHOOL!

I am a little scared of fifth grade, though I think I'll do fine. But there is one thing I am looking forward to: not having very odd third graders coming into room 24! I'll miss you guys, fifth graders! I hope you guys do great! Good Luck!

Well, in the past I was very excited. Now, I am in 5th grade! It's fun and the beginning of the yeah is SO easy! We made acrostic poems and Ms. Regosin read us many stories like Horton Hatches an Egg. We learned about teamwork and there is a really sad story about Nesta, Ms. Regosin's dog: It was ran over by a car and it died :'( I wonder how it's going in 6th grade and have a wonderful time!

I think your trip to the East Coast was very fun and exciting. I hope some day I will be able to go to visit the Boston Capitol building and the Time Square in New York.
Most of all I would like to see the Liberty Bell in Boston and the Reflecting pool in Washington DC.
