Long weekend

Hey everybody! I wonder what you all did over the long weekend. Well, I'll tell you what I did. I went boating and to the beach. I went to the Russian River to go boating. My friend's families came with us. Some of us went canoeing and some went kayaking. I went canoeing. We switched positions every time we stopped. The first time we stopped my dad got out of the canoe and got in a single kayak. After a while we saw him in the water. He fell out! I came to see if he was alright. He was fine but we had to send someone out to get the boat and paddle. That's why I stayed in a canoe all the time. Another day we went to the beach. We saw harbor seals. They are cuter than regular seals according to me. On that beach there were lots of tide pools you could go into and see small or large animals. We saw this huge starfish about the size of my dad's hand. I think that was worth coming to that beach. This beach was more of a seeing beach. Since there was so many tide pools you could not really swim in it. Also the beach had sand that was mixed in with rocks so we didn't take of our shoes. I can't wait to have our three day weekend again. What did you do over the three-day weekend? Are you looking foward to the next one?

Yes, I am looking forward for the next vacation. over the break, I went to Las Vegas. Over at Las Vegas my family and I went to Grand Canyon. It was a awesome view. At Grand Canyon, I accidently drop the camera down to the ground. I was in big trouble. Our hotel was Peppermill. My family and I went swimming. My mom bought me a watergun!! Yahoo!! Me and my brother had a watergun battle. Man, was it fun. Finally, it was time to leave. We took the long drive back bored. Well, who cares? It was worth it.

Yes, I am waiting for the next break!The next summer break is the Fall Break which is coming up in three weeks!!!!In the long weekend I'm went to Mount Shasta and saw the Caverns and there was a gift shop there that was sellinhg rocks,pebbles and much more I bought somes colorful rocks and crystal and even platinum I think or crytal?Then I went to medford and stayed there overnight and then drove to Crater lake to see the lake.Unfortunately the boat tickets were sold out so I could not go to the Island to where the crater was made but I did get to go down 700 feet.The trail down was called th Cleet Trail and it was deep some people went down since it was steep and when some people came up the trail they were panting but when I came up it was not tiring I went up in 15 minutes!After that I went to Redding and stayed at a hotel called Marriot Farfield Inn!The next day I went to Shasta Dam and went on a free tour.The dam had lots of security that you know the airport security when you go through to the people to the planes it's just like that!After that I went to the Sacremento River Bridge which was over it that was on Monday so since school was on tuesday we went to home and arrived in the evening!!!!
During the long weekend,I didn't do a lot. I read a lot, I went to the library, I did homework, and that about wraps up my long weekend. So I'm not that excited about the next three-day weekend. But I am looking foward to the fall break!:)
Over the long weekend I went to buy some pet supplies for my fish and I also bought another goldfish since the fish Ms. McPheeters gave me seemed so lonely. I also went to Santana Row. We ate some cupcakes at Kara's Cupcakes. They are supposed to taste good since they cost $3.25. That is how I spent my long weekend.

I didn’t do much during the long weekend. On Friday, contractors came and started demolishing the bigger bathroom in our house. On Saturday,I played with my friend Raveena. We made dolls out of three twist ties, pipe cleaners, clay, paintbrush, black clay, and a little piece of red wire.On Sunday we went to the 40th birthday
party of one of my aunt. In my art class, I drew Lord Krishna and started to shade it using pencils. I also started to draw the jewelry on him and his flute. This is all I did during the long weekend.
Over the long weekend, I went to Mt.Shasta Dam. We decided to go there because of my travel brochure. We took a tour of the dam. The first time all the tickets were given out, so the next morning we had to wake up at 6:00 in the morning. Like a miracle, we managed to be the first ones there. Also, we went to the mountain, but we were stopped by a fence. We also went to Shasta Caverns. To just get to the caves, you need to wait at the gift shop, run down the stairs, catch the boat, get ferried across, run up a steep slope, wait for the bus, get driven up, and finally enter the caves. You also will have a tour guide to guide you through the caves. There are a total of about 600 stairs(350 on the inside and 250 on the outside)created. You might not get to climb all of them, but you will climb at least 400 stairs. As you can see, my brochure led to a fantastic trip to Mount Shasta. By the way, Rakhi, nice post!
Sounds like fun. I went to Avalon and Legoland. In Avalon I went on a tour, I went in a submarine, and played in the sand. I bought a shark tooth necklace just like Arjun’s. In LEGOLAND I went to SEA LIFE (an aquarium), rode in a lego car and a pirate ship.
Hi Rakhi! Nice Post! Over the three day weekend, I went camping at Gilory. My campsite was called "Coyote Lake". There was a big lake and I skipped some stones there. After that, I played some badminton with my sister and my friends. We were getting tired so then we went into my friend's tent and watched a movie, Pink Panther. Our parents called us for dinner in the middle of the movie and we ate Korean food. Once we were done with our dinner, we finished the movie. After the movie, we roasted marshmallows. It was getting late so our family left. Sadly, we did not sleep there though. I'm looking foward to our next three day weekend. However, I'm not sure where I'm going.
Over the three day weekend, I went to Moro Bay. It was so really cold and windy there. My family and I went stayed at a motel called the Twin Dolphin Motel. On Monday, we were going to go canoeing or kayacking, but my dad planned an underwater thing (I really wanted to go kayaking!) where we could see fish, see otters, and elephant seals. (Although we could only see fish underwater.) I still had fun in Moro Bay. I don't know what I am doing on the next three day weekend, but I hope it is camping.

I did not go anywhere for the three day break because there was no where to go to. I went to sleep, I play video games, I went to my friend's house, I went with my friend to go hiking and then the next day we went to play a game called bocci ball. It's a really fun game where you have this small ball and you have to throw it pass a line and then the two teams take turns rolling balls to try to get as close to the silver ball as they can. If one side rolls the ball and it is still farther away from the other teams balls then that same team gets to roll again. So after we went to that bocci ball place, then we went to eat and we went to this place called Sonoma Chicken. It was pretty cool and we got to sit on the second floor which is the reserved place. So that was what I did over the three day break. I'm not really sure what I want to do over the next three day break.
I did a few things over the three day weekend. I was mostly studying and playing. I did go to one of my friends house, but I didn't really stay there for long, and of the time I did stay there, I didn't do much. I also went to go and watch Avatar at the theater (it's back in the theaters). It was pretty good. Overall, I had a great three day weekend and I really can't wait for the next three day weekend which is coming up this weekend.
what I did over the three day weekend was I just stayed home watch TV and sleep as long as I wanted.I also played with my friend s outside we had a lot of fun this weekend. I am looking forward to another weekend soon maybe I'll go somewhere else next time.I hope you had a lot of fun the time we had the three day weekend.
During the long weekend my friend (Divyum) left to India forever ): . Luckily he left on the long weekend so we had a lot of time to play (hang out) with him. First, we played in a field in our apartment where we played baseball, soccer, and badminton. The next day we went to Wilson Park to go biking.We raced and then played some more soccer. When we got home we played video games like Brawl.The last day we went to Chuck E Cheeses and added up all our tickets to give Divyum one big gift. Later, we said goodbye and had a scavenger hunt, the prizes were candy!
On the three day long weekend,I had lots of fun sometimes and not that much in times.On saturday, I stayed home. Sunday was the most exciting day of all.In the evening, my family went to my Dad's friends house for a party. We played musical chairs and I won the first round. We also played another game that I forgot the name. On monday, we went shopping @Borders for books as presents for my birthday. That was about all I did over the long weekend. I am looking forward to the next long weekend.
My family went to 17-Mile Drive during the long weekend. My grandma and grandpa came too. We saw many beautiful sights. One of the views I saw was The Lone Cypress. It is one of California's most enduring landmarks. It is prevailed on its rocky perch for over 250 years. We saw waves crashing aganist rocks at Fanshell Overlook. After some driving we saw people playing golf. The golf course was pretty. We ate lunch in the beach. With a telescope I saw a herd of seals on a rock. The 17-Mile Drive was interesting. I'm looking forward to the next long weekend.
I am looking forward to the next one because on the last one, I went to the beach too! I didn't see the seals and other cool animals that you saw. I went snorkeling in the ocean and saw starfish and all the different kinds of fish. I never went snorkeling in the ocean before so it was awesome! I also went to Six Flags again. I ate ice cream there because it was extremely hot out. I saw the Dolphin Show, Shouka (the whale) Show, and the Bird Show. It was fun to see the birds because some of them were very pretty. I have never seen the bird show so it was really exciting. There were turkey vultures, cockatoos, and there was one that looked like a turkey. I think we are going to go to Six Flags again because it is really fun there. I don't know what I am going to do for the next three day weekend though.

My family friend came of to stay. When he arrived, he brought us presents!!! WHOO!!!!!! My brother got this awesome basket ball hoop game thing. You shoot the balls in the hoop and the cool part is that it counts your scores! I play against my brother but, I always loose! :(
He slept in the guest room which where I usually watch Tv. The next break is in 3 or 2 weeks! Were going to Sonoma. I am looking forward to October break!
